Founder/Executive Director
My name is Sandella Malloy, Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Health Coach and Dance/Fitness Instructor with a wealth of experience spanning over three decades. As a RN, I have had the privilege of serving in various roles, including home health nurse, school nurse, orthopedic/medical-surgical hospital nurse/charge nurse and senior nurse educator. During my tenure as a nurse, I observed and personally experienced the health disparities for black women and dedicated my life to empowering women to embrace wellness, find balance and cultivate a wholesome experience.
Beyond the healthcare realm, I am also the proud co-founder of the Harambee Dance Company, where I serve as the Artistic Director and Choreographer. For over twenty-five years, our company has been deeply rooted in the community, offering engaging dance classes, transformative workshops, and captivating performances to local, national, and international audiences
By merging my diverse expertise in nursing, health coaching, and dance, my vision is to foster a circle of love, joy and healing where black women could come together, support one another and explore ways to better nurture themselves. Together, let us embark on a path of self-discovery, empowerment, and optimal wellness and celebrate the extraordinary beauty that lies within each and every woman.
