The SisterFit Inc Health Coaching program is a personalized and supportive approach to help women reach their goals. We recognize that each woman has unique needs and aspirations. Our health coach collaborates with the women to identify her specific health goals, asses her current habits and challenge and develop a customized plan to support her journey toward optimal health. Sessions typically focus on various wellness topics, like healthy eating, exercise, mindfulness
and stress management. (Three-month minimum, virtual)
We conduct nutrition workshops which cover healthy eating habits, understanding food labels and meal planning. We also offer cooking classes where women can learn new recipes, cooking techniques and tips for preparing nutritious meals. Additionally, we provide a platform for women to share their favorite healthy recipes, fostering a sense of community and culinary exploration. Can be virtual or in-person. (60 minutes)
We promote the practice of Mindfulness and Meditation as a means of reducing stress, enhancing self-awareness and improving well-being. We provide guidance and resources to help women incorporate these practices and more into their daily lives. Can be virtual or in-person.(60 minutes)
We offer wellness events and retreats that provide a unique opportunity to step away from the daily routines and nurture the mind, body and spirit. These events provide immersive experiences where women can gain valuable information on health and wellness, learn and practice self-care, connect with others on a wellness journey and explore various healthy practices. During wellness events and retreats, participants can expect a wide range of activities led by experts, including guided meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, massages, dance and fitness classes, healthy cuisine and more.
